Roosevelt Public Power District annually participates in the Scotts Bluff County Fair and Parade. We have also partnered with Touchstone Energy and participated in the Old West Balloon Festival
We have worked to protect raptors by building nesting platforms so the large birds have a safer place to build their nest.
We are proud to help sponsor the WNCC Lineman School, to give the opportunity to local people interested in going into the field of providing electricity.
We can do safety demos in the local schools. If you are interested in us coming to your school please contact Jake Gonzales.
Every year we have a scholarship program that in cooperation with Tri-State and Basin Electric offers scholarship money to high school kids from our district.
